While the hotel offered some decent amenities and was reasonably clean, my overall experience was marred by staff unfriendliness and various inconveniences. The location was quite accessible with the tram station nearby, which made getting to the city center easy. However, the dining was overpriced and not particularly impressive, which was disappointing given the overall cost of our stay.
